State Farm® Insurance Agent Ryan Paulson

"I've been with the agency for several years and it's been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with an agency. I don't even believe it's incompetence, I actually think they simply don't care once they have your money. I'm moving, I needed a simple declaration page with the new address and additional interested party. 3 calls and multiple unanswered or sorta/kinda, half way correct emails later and I call again, I get Mark. This is after another agent completely left out information that I spelled out for her just an hour before, and the other agent I normally work with just didn't bother to put the information in to begin with. Anyway, back to Mark. He is the only reason I didn't say "cancel all my policies and shove off". He was polite, understanding, professional and efficient. I gave him the information, and he called me back to verify I was getting what I needed for sure, and then....he sent the right thing, done correctly! This should not have been this hard! My relationship started off rough with this agency with the owner requiring a meeting to go over how to file claims for new policy holders and they hounded me until I agreed to do it, only to be stood up by the owner with an email hours later that he wasn't going to make it...no kidding! I took time off work for that. The customer service is so lacking; I give it 4 negative stars. It would be 5 negative stars but Mark saved them. Beyond frustrating!!"

That day I had made a decision to terminate with ALLSTATE who penalized me for a compromised debit card Auto pay. The funds weren’t there because it was compromised.
